Our Order Process
Designed for you - Every sauna we sell is designed around your needs, so firstly we’ll have a video call and if possible a site visit to discuss how the sauna fits into you space.
Sauna your way - Electric or wood, windows & outside seating? There are lots of different choices to make, we’ll help you decide how to build your dream sauna and give you a full quote.
Order & Manufacture - we’ll make sure everything is ordered correctly and manufactured to our quality standards. Typical order times are 8-10 weeks.
Delivery & Installation - your new sauna can be shipped directly to you, we’ll manage the unloading and building process. Most installations take 3 days.
Sauna Care - looking after your sauna is crucial, we’re here for advice, ongoing wood treatment, log supply and other services.
